Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) is an enterprising nonprofit with a belief that ending poverty is possible. Their diverse services, poverty solutions, and income-generating social enterprises help tens of thousands in their 28 county diocese each year. CCFW strategically challenges the way poverty is addressed nationwide by scrupulously testing their own case management methods through research partnerships, exporting our known solutions to other non-profits, and serving as a resource for what works on Capitol Hill.

CCFW engaged FuseStarter to reengineer their website infrastructure, as well as make some visual and UX improvements. Although not a total revamp of the UX, many improvements were made as well as additional language support. The site had become far too complex on the backend for the staff to make their own changes. FuseStarter rebuilt the backend and restored the ability for the marketing team to maintain the site.

“fuseStarter is great! Catholic Charities Fort Worth just completed a website ‘refresh’ with them, and our new website is sleek, modern and, most importantly, easy for our clients and donors to Navigate! The team was super easy and patient to work with throughout the entire process, from design to implementation. I’d highly recommend utilizing fuseStarter for all of your website needs. Whether it’s a simple refresh or a complete overhaul, TRUST me – you won’t be disappointed!”

“The FuseStarter Team has worked with my agency on a number of projects including implementing a marketing department and process and a website revamp. Working with the FS Team has been instrumental in the development of our agency marketing. They have provided hands-on support and expertise and begun to feel like a permanent part of the team! Their expertise and unique processes brought the framework and structure our marketing needed and it has been a game-changer for us. Additionally, the FS Team really got to know us as people and as an organization, which is no easy feat as a large and complex non-profit.”
