Most people, like myself, who need a website don’t have the first idea of what goes into designing and building one. Believe me, you will by the time you finish. They make the process relatively seamless for the owner by providing questionnaires, prompts, and other support items in order for the owner to relay the information they need to them. I never had to touch my old site and they migrated the information I needed from it and other places without bothering me about it. I believe the process for them may have been slightly frustrating dealing with me, but I never felt that way. They went out of their way to be accommodating and professional.
